Barack Obama is on tour in the east. On a stop in Berlin, Germany, he made a speech before an estimated crowd of 200,000.
“I come to Berlin as so many of my countrymen have come before,” Obama told the crowd. “Tonight, I speak to you not as a candidate for president, but as a citizen – a proud citizen of the United States, and a fellow citizen of the world.”
